This book is about
Tom has a puppy that he names Prince. Prince is to be trained as a working dog on the family's cattle farm. Tom trains Prince after Prince hurts his leg when a cow kicks him.
The main characters are
Tom, Prince, Matey and Dad.
My favourite part of the book is
At the beginning of the book when the puppy arrives.

I wanted to know what the dad's name was.
