The book is about different types of stunts in films.
If you see someone falling in a film, they may not really be falling, but hanging from a rope or harness.
Other stunts use trampolines or Computer Generated Imagery (CGI).

My favourite part of the book is
Finding out about a real stunt artist called Gary Connery.
I would also like to say
If someone is bleeding in a film, it is pretend blood which is from a bag that has been burst from under their clothes.
