What's the book about?
A duck called Dunkan is so sure he’s a superhero that he won’t even answer to his own name and insists on acting like a caped crusader, even when it annoys his family and friends. He plays wildly and even sleeps upside down in a tree, just like the heroes he watches on TV. One night, his pretend powers lead to real bravery when he accidentally scares away a hungry fox and discovers what it really means to be a hero.

This book is about
In this incredible book, a young duckling loves watching superhero TV . He calls himself Superduck or Bat Bird.
His favourite thing is saving the universe. [As he sees it!]
A classic example was when:-
As he was hanging from a willow tree, impersonating a bat, he fell off at the perfect moment and landed on the naughty fox's nose.
That meant he saved his friends and family just in time.
The main characters are
His mum and dad, friends and teacher and . . . . THE FOX !!!!
My favourite part of the book is
After many epic mishaps, he changes his superhero name into POND . . . James POND !! {Instead of James Bond]
