Just to reassure our customers that Reading Chest is continuing to operate as normal. We always send out new books on the day we receive returned books. Things are improving, but unfortunately some customers are still experiencing delays with the post. We urge anyone to get in touch whose books are delayed in the post by more than a couple of days so we can try to help.
We are still taking the extra precaution of ensuring that there is at least 72 hours before any particular book can get from one customer to the next by removing incoming books from our usual circulation for a period.
