In the book you are told about the Silk Road and about Marco Polo's life on the Silk Road. The Silk Road was where silk was bought and you could also buy spices and perfumes.

The main characters are
Marco Polo and Kublai Khan.

My favourite part of the book is
I liked that maps in the book that showed the routes that Marco Polo took on his journeys.

I would also like to say
We have learned about the Silk Road because Marco Polo wrote about his adventures.
