This book is about
There are some children called Omar and Sasha. They are not with their parents. They meet an old lady called Fran at a train station. She is in a hurry and rushes onto the train. The children are looking for their Aunty. After the train journey they meet Georgiou and Lena who are a brother and sister. Georgiou helps them to find their way to Rue Bel Tesoro, which is where they think their Aunt lives. When they get to the street they find that there is no one at that house. The street has been bombed. They meet a girl called Norma who gives them a case and a letter. The letter tells them that the person they met on the train was their Grandmother.

The main characters are
Sasha, Omar,Georgiou, Lena and Fran.

My favourite part of the book is
When Sasha and Omar meet Fran on the train.

I would also like to say
This book is a bit like ¨Matti´s Miracle¨ if you have read that. They are both set during World War II and they are about children who are away from their parents.
