What's the book about?

P is trying hard to be kind and useful, but every time she helps, things go a bit wrong and her friends get into a muddle. When a big, scary ram charges towards everyone, P has to think fast and use her sounds to build something new. By making a ramp and a pram, she finally finds a way to save the day and show that her help really can make things better.
