Your Reading Chest account is where you manage everything — from updating details and children’s profiles to viewing certificates, reward charts, and referral links. It’s designed to make running your subscription quick and easy, so you can focus on supporting your little reader.

Can I download a reward chart to print off at home?

Of course, you can download any of our reward charts to print out yourself any time. Just head to our reward chart page and you can pick which one you’d like to download.

Can I refer a friend?

Absolutely, we’d love your friends to know about Reading Chest! Head to the refer a friend page in your account, and you’ll find:

  • Your unique referral code
  • A link you can share with friends

Anyone you refer to Reading Chest will get 50% off their first month, and you’ll also receive a £10 credit on your account that will be taken off your next subscription payment. It’s a great win win!

There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer, and your credit can build up. (Got lots of friends to refer? You might find yourself enjoying Reading Chest for free!)

How do I delete a child or list from my account?

If you’d like to remove a child/list from your account, just head to your membership account page, then click “Manage Book List” next to the child you’d like to remove.

You can then scroll all the way down to the bottom of that page, and find the button labelled “Delete List”. If you delete this list, it will permanently remove the reading record, certificates, and progress.

It won’t be fully removed until you’ve also returned all the books currently on loan to that child.

How do I edit my account details?

You can update your name, email address, shipping address or password by visiting the update account details page.

It’s worth always being sure that your shipping address is correct, as that’s where we’ll be sending your books each month!

If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries. You can always login using a special link sent to your email address on our login page.

How do I edit my child’s information in my account?

You can update the information for one (or more) of your children by visiting your membership account page, and clicking “Manage Book List” next to the child you’d like to make changes to.

From this page you can change their name, date of birth, book band preferences, and more.

When will I receive another reward chart and set of stickers?

We’ll include a reward chart and a set of star stickers with your first shipment. We’ll then keep track of how many books we’ve sent out, and issue you another chart and sticker set when your child is closing in on having read 30 books.

If you need another chart or set of stickers before then, no problem! Just let us know and we’ll include one in your next send.

Where can I find and download certificates?

We’ll include a printed certificate in the next pack we send after it’s been earned by your child. Certificates are awarded:

  • Every time you move up a book band
  • At certain milestones (e.g. 20, 40, 60, 80,100 books etc)

If you’d like to download a certificate to print at home, just head to your membership account page, then click “Certificates”.
