What's the book about?

Lester, a cat, and his family do everything cat-like. But Lester could not teach them how to catch a mouse. The little girl named Milly got a toy mouse and held it by its tail, making Lester believe she had figured out how to catch mice.

Lester is a cat and he can catch mice but his family can't. so Lester teaches his family how to catch mice, first he trys mum, but mum she couldn't do it. Then he trys Dad but he couldn't pounce because he was on the table. Then he tried Millie but she wasn't quick enough. Then Lester was unhappy so Millie got a big pretend mouse, it had a bell. Lester was happy because Millie was clever.
