Micro Man Makes Big News
What's the book about?
Tiger learns how to be a reporter and discovers the tiny, amazing world of micro-sculptures. He meets a real artist who makes beautiful sculptures so small they can fit on the head of a pin or inside the eye of a needle. As Tiger finds out how these delicate works are created, he gets ideas for writing his own exciting news story.

The book is about Tiger who is learning to write like a journalist. He learns about Willard Wigan who makes very small sculptures. When Willard Wigan was little, he made a house for some ants. He works at night at home making the sculptures because it is quieter. The sculptures he makes look beautiful and amazing!

You can see some of Willard Wigan's work on his website, which is at: www.willard-wigan.com. My favourite Willard Wigan sculpture was the tango dancers on the gallery on his website.
