What's the book about?

Every day a friendly giant disappears at lunchtime to eat all alone, and the people in his town start to worry about what might be hiding in his lunchbox. They secretly follow him and think he is gobbling up a real person, which is a little bit scary and very mysterious. In the end they discover he is just enjoying a giant gingerbread man, and everyone is happy to share lunch – and friendship – together.
