What's the book about?

Biff and her friends visit Harry Smith’s farm, where a greedy horse gobbles up a pile of old apples. Soon the horse starts acting very strangely, racing about, falling asleep in silly places, and causing all sorts of muddle and excitement. Everyone has to work together to calm things down and make sure the horse stays safe and well.
