Stupid Trousers
What's the book about?
Ross has to wear bright red velvet trousers to his sister’s wedding, but they’re far too long and he’s sure everyone will laugh at him. He tries to think of clever ways to escape wearing them and avoid being embarrassed. Along the way he learns that sometimes the things we worry about aren’t as bad as we think, especially when family is there to help.

My favourite part of the book is
The wedding. I liked Kerry's wedding dress.

It was funny when they cut the trousers.

This book is about
The boy didn't want to wear his trousers to his sister's wedding as they were too long. In the night he, his brother and his sister all shorten the trousers and they end up too short.
My favourite part of the book is
When his brother was saying his knees were horrible so that he didn't have to wear his shorts! He got to wear his own trousers in the end.

I would not to wear red velvet trousers that are too long either.
