This book is about
The children look for gold with Alice and Luke. The magic key took them there. Then Luke's father found a gold nugget. They wanted to use it to buy clothes and food.
Robbers tried to take their gold, but Wilf used chewing gum to hide it under the cart.
The main characters are
Luke, Alice, Chip, Wilma, Wilf and Biff.
My favourite part of the book is
When Wilf hid the gold nugget under the cart with the chewing gum.
I would also like to say
Biff found a little speck of gold dust. Chip sneezed and it went on the carpet that Mum was going to vacuum.

My favourite part of the book is
Biff took back a nugget of gold from the adventure, but when they got home it was just a speck. A big sneeze and the gold was gone forever.
