What's the book about?

Max is caught outside when giant raindrops start to fall and the wind begins to blow very hard. Feeling a bit scared, he looks for a safe, dry place to stay while the storm rushes past. As he shelters and waits for the weather to calm down, he discovers that even a wild, wet day can still be a time for fun and play.
