What's the book about?
A small, ordinary cat spends her days listening happily to all the stories told in a cosy library and by her cat friends. One holiday, she accidentally gets locked in the library all by herself, with nothing to do but wait. As she begins exploring the shelves, she discovers new books, magical tales, and exciting adventures that make her feel very special indeed.

Tiger the cat likes listening to stories told by other cats and going to the library to listen to stories and snooze there. One day he gets locked into the library while the librarian is on holiday. He learns to read when locked in the library. Once the librarian returns and he gets out, he goes and sits on his favourite wall and tells stories to the other cats. They say that Tiger is a very talented cat!
