What's the book about?
A hungry bear takes some fish that don’t belong to him, and a clever fox decides to teach him a sneaky lesson. Fox tells Bear to go fishing by sticking his long, beautiful tail through a hole in the ice and to wait…and wait…and wait. When Bear finally pulls his tail free, it has become very short—and that’s why bears today all have little stumpy tails!
