What's the book about?

Neela and Craig are excited to go fishing with their net and rod, but first they need to find a boat. Their first try at sailing is very splashy and leaves them soaked through! On their next try they stay nice and dry, but they suddenly realize they’ve left the fishing rod on the other side of the river.
