What's the book about?
Mae hears a beautiful trumpet tune on the radio and just can’t stop thinking about it. Even though her mum says no to lessons, a kind older girl helps her secretly learn how to play. With lots of practice and a bit of bravery, she finally gets to surprise everyone at the school concert.
