What's the book about?
A very grumpy man leaves his noisy town and moves to a tall, quiet tower by the sea. At first he enjoys being on his own, but soon he starts to feel lonely and wishes he had some company. He comes up with clever ways to make his tower bright and welcoming so new friends will want to visit.
