What's the book about?

A group of children visit a very strict old-fashioned school and are surprised by how different it is from their own. They have to follow Mr Scroop’s tough rules, sit in rows, and try out some of the strange lessons children did long ago. As they find out what life was really like in Victorian times, they start to feel glad about going to their own school instead.
