What's the book about?

Jack has a neighbour who looks just like him, and this neighbour, Oliver, is up to mischief. Oliver tries to trick Jack’s mum by pretending to be Jack, which causes all sorts of confusion. Jack has to think hard and act fast to stop Oliver’s tricks and prove who is who.
