The Cold Day
What's the book about?
The family goes to the beach and everyone is excited to splash in the sea, but one little boy gets very cold and turns shivery and blue. While the others run about and play to warm up, he stays wrapped in his towel, watching and feeling too chilly to join in. Then he spots an ice cream van and suddenly finds the energy to dash across the sand, showing that even a cold, blustery day can still be full of fun and treats.
