The Ogre’s Dinner
What's the book about?
When a magic key starts to glow, three friends are whisked away to a strange land full of enormous ogres. They explore the ogres’ world and find out what these giants really like to eat for their dinner, which is both funny and a little bit spooky. Along the way, they discover that first adventures can feel scary, but they’re much easier when you stick together and use your wits.

This book is about
Lee came to stay at Kipper's house. The magic key started to glow. It took the children to a deep, dark forest. An ogre was in the forest and said, The King of the Ogres would love to have them for dinner.
The children started to run. Kipper got lost, so Biff and Lee went to find him. They looked in the cave with many tunnels. Biff and Lee lost each other.
Lee found Biff and Kipper in the King of the Ogres kitchen and was going to save them, but he found that the King was cooking shepherd's pie with them.
The King and the ogres had dinner with the children. The children had to stand on chairs to reach the table because they were too small.
The children had thought that the King had wanted to cook and eat them for dinner.
The main characters are
Biff, Kipper, Lee and the Ogres.
My favourite part of the book is
When Biff and Kipper are cooking in the kitchen with the King.
I would also like to say
The Ogres were scary!
