This book is about
Fred moves the Rainbow Machine because the traffic warden would tell him off for parking on a double yellow line.
He gets the Rainbow Machine stuck in a field and the children help him to get out. Nadim pretends that he knows how to use the computer, but he makes a rectangle shaped rainbow. He also turns the sky red.
The rainbow makers come back and have to clear the sky. They had never had to do this before. The sky became white and then became blue like normal.
The main characters are
Fred, Wilf, Biff, Chip, Nadim and Anneena.
My favourite part of the book is
I liked when the sky went back to being blue.

This book is about
In this story a group of people looked after the rainbow machine, they were called rainbow makers. So whenever it rained and the sun was shining a rainbow will appear in the sky. One person in the team was training to be a rainbow maker he was left with the machine and the truck got stuck in the mud. Biff, Kipper and Nadmim appeared through a door and went to help the rainbow maker, Nadim pretended to know what he was doing and tried to make a rainbow but it all went wrong. In the end the other rainbow makers had to come along and help them out, they were were very angry but eventually they sorted it all out.

My favourite part is when the rainbow came out
of the rainbow machine and the sky turned all red. That must have been so exciting.
