What's the book about?
Max, Cat, Ant, and Tiger are hiding from the nasty Dr X, who wants to get back the special watches they took from him. Dr X has built powerful X-bots, robot helpers that are searching everywhere to track the children down. The friends must use clever tricks, cool gadgets, and even a secret castle den to try to stay safe from the robot army.

This book is about
Dr. X. finds where the children, (Cat, Max, Tiger and Ant) have hidden and so they have to move.
Dr. X makes new X3 X-bots to find the children and get their watches. The children move to a castle den and build traps using a catapult, a magnet and some bubblegum.
The main characters are
Dr. X, Cat, Max, Tiger and Ant.
My favourite part of the book is
When Plug and Socket groan when Dr. X says they have to clean the NASTI toilets.

The continuation of this book is called, Attack of the X-Bots.
