What's the book about?

Wally is a busy penguin who works in a shop full of colourful boots, from bright red and sunny yellow to pairs covered in fish and stars. One day, his friend Bertie the polar bear needs a very special pair to wear in a big fashion show. Together they dream up fun, wacky designs and try to create the most amazing boots anyone has ever seen.
