What's the Book About?
A big storm is coming, and a little girl and her mum go out for a windy, splashy walk to see what the weather is doing. As they walk, the sky gets darker, the rain starts to pour, and they notice all the different changes in the world around them. Their umbrella helps a bit, but they still end up getting very wet and having lots of fun in the rain.
