What's the book about?

Franklin loves living at number three Stanley Street, where his friends are close by and the yummy smells from the pie factory drift past his house. When his parents decide they need a bigger home, he worries that everything he loves will change. He has to think up a clever plan to try and stop the move and keep his happy life just the way it is.
