What's the book about?

Everyone in the family is feeling very hot on a sunny day, and they really want to cool down. When the children start filling the paddling pool, it soon turns into a cheeky water fight with splashes and giggles everywhere. The fun gets a bit out of hand when a big bucket of water goes flying over the fence and soaks the grumpy neighbour by mistake!
