What's the book about?
Louis uses a wheelchair and often feels lonely, so he dreams of having an animal friend he can train and care for. One day, a beautiful golden monkey appears in his backyard, and Louis secretly starts trying to tame it, even though grown-ups say it’s far too wild. As Louis and the monkey get to know each other, he discovers how brave, patient, and determined he can be.
