What's the book about?
On her way home from school, Veronica is visited by a group of friendly aliens called the Guardians who need her help to save Earth. They turn her into a space hero with a cool new name and send her to a space station, where clever machines and gadgets help her on her mission. She must face a scary villain called Vortex and stop his black-hole weapon before it sucks the whole human race into nothingness.

They help Rocket Ronnie to fight the Vortex, by putting his arm into a black hole which takes him to nowhere.
